When some users are selecting the "Send me an email receipt of my responses" they receive the email with a link to their responses; however, the link just goes to a blank new form rather than their responses.
When I tested this from my account it worked correctly. When I had another user test this process, it worked correctly for them as well.
Is this just a temporary error for that one user? How do I prevent this in the future?
