Quiz Form responses not found in SharePoint

i did create a Quiz Form and moved to SharePoint.

but the result responses spreadsheet not found in SharePoint.

any idea on this?

@YumiChui to save the responses into a SharePoint list you need to build a simple flow in Power Automate. Did you do this? If you didn't then go to the responses tab in Forms to see and download the responses.
