Quiz auto grade score errors

The auto grade feature is providing incorrect scores (percentages) for my quizzes. Have tried multiple ways to address the issue with no luck. I get odd numbered scores with 50 question quizzes and percentages over 100%. Anyone else seeing this? Please help!

@davidroark We are experiencing the same issues in my company and do not have a fix for this.
If you found a solution by now, I would appreciate if you could share it.
