Pull data from a Web Service or Sap into Microsoft Forms

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to pull data into a Microsoft Form, as dropdown answers (values) for a user to choose.

Is it possible these data to be pulled dynamically from a web service or SAP?

Does anybody know?
