Printed version and others suggestions

Forms is awesome, I just have a few suggestions :

- I would like to be able to print a paper version of the form.

- Possibility to have a personalized theme

- A phone app would be great.

thanks for taking the time and sharing your feature requests with us, Samir. For 1: can you share few more details like do you want to print form or response page and also your usage scenario for these. For 2,3: these features are in our backlog.

I would like to be able to print the form, for a paper version of the form, for a paper survey for example.

And for example be able to import the results of the form online with a code.

Printing a paper version of the responses would be an excellent idea as would the ability to export final responses to pdf. Love the simplicity of Forms!
