I have this very basic needs in using Microsoft Forms.
I only want to have one question which user is able to
a) key in value AND
b) choose unit of measurement using Radio buttons
e.g Question 1: What is the average distance you have jogged per day?
a) key in value : 1000
b) unit of radio button to choose (i) metres (ii) kilometres
It seems to me that I need to put that Question 1 into 2 questions. So if I have 10 such questions, then it becomes 20 questions, which does not look nice in the survey. Could Microsoft helps to make this possible?
