Populate Teams Shift for Retail

I'm looking to find a way to use Forms or Power Automate to populate a Teams Shift site that would include the following

Manager On Duty

Different Groups for each retail outlet

uploaded from Excel or a SharePoint lists

To include an AM and PM on Duty

150 Columns
