Hello,
I would like to create a quiz/knowledge test for a student. It is case based, so I want to start with the description of a case and after this, a set of questions follows about that particular case. They are not stand-alone questions. There are multiple cases, each with a set of questions. How can I incorporate this into Microsoft Forms?
