NPS question / -1 answer meaning

Hi everyone,

I am using NPS questions in my Forms survey and it appeared as if 3 respondents answered '-1' - how can it be possible given that they can only rate from 0 to 10? Besides, these 3 answers are not taken into account into the NPS calculation from Forms and are missing from the summary (not counted in the 'Detractors' sum). What does this mean? The question was mandatory so I am really confused on how to interpret those answers. Thanks for your help!

I am having the same issue. I made the NPS question 'required' in the survey. But respondents are being able to submit the form without answering it. And those are the people for whom it shows as a -1. Why is this happening?

Same here! It seem to only happend on mobile. The respondent can select his answer, but not "properly" which automatically gives the output -1.

Hello, do you find the solution for this? we have the same problem just with portable or ipad, but no problem in pc.
