No form API to receive data from web form?

Is there any solution or API to post data from a web-based form to Microsoft Form? All I can get from internet is just able to fetch the JSON from Microsoft Form.

The customization provided by Microsoft is really too little, only the change of the words/image/theme, and no further adjustment can be made. That's why I want to build the form by myself and post the data to Microsoft.

@BravoWhiskey the API doesn't enable you to post data from a web-based form to Microsoft Forms.

@RobElliott Thanks for your information.

Looks like I'll have to switch to using Google form. There's a lot more flexibility there and it better suits my needs.
