My previous boss left in January, and recently we got an inquiry asking about access to a form he created. No one else has access to it as of now, but we need to access the submissions for the form.
I currently am receiving emails sent to him, so I thought I could try and log in using his credentials and pull up the form, but unfortunately, it said the ID wasn't valid or the account didn't exist. This is strange because the form still works and appears to be live.

I already tried to email my previous boss and he wasn't able to figure it out either since it was through his old work email.
