Multiple responses to a question

Hi,

I am creating an information asset register (currently in excel format). It will need to record multiple responses to a single question. Is this possible? I don't want users completing a new form for each asset!

@Fionalamont I'm not entirely sure I know what you mean by multiple responses. A choice question can have multiple options selected but apart from that every question can only have a single response.

@RobElliott thanks for that. Below are the headers from the Spreadsheet. Users may have a long list of assets, and asking the question is forms 'what is name of the asset?' will only allow 1 response I assume.

What is this information used for?

Under what legislation is this information required?

@Fionalamont you can't replicate that in Forms, it would need to be 1 form per asset.
