I am creating a form which will be used to nominate multiple people from a team for an award. There is no limit on the amount of people that could be nominated so it is hard to say how many questions I should add to the form. I am curious if there is a way to create a question i.e. Full Name with an option too "add another entry" where the user could specify more than one person on the form without submitting multiple forms. Example:
Q: Nominee(s) Name (Full Name)*
A: John Smith
+ Add another entry

Why not just make it a text question (not even a quiz, just a form) where they can type in the name of the person they want to nominate?
Another idea is to write a question that is multiple-choice, where the answer options include everyone on the team (I don't know how feasible that is since I don't know how many people are on the team, and I don't know if Microsoft limits the number of potential answers). And if you want people to vote multiple times, you could remove the One response per person constraint. @BaileyMcC
