Multiple emails for notifications of responses

Copper Contributor

Does Forms allow you to add multiple email addresses to receive notifications of responses to a form? I created a form that is posted on our Sharepoint site, but I need my staff to be notified of responses. Right now, I am the only one receiving notifications via email when there is a response. This form is used as a request form to request items so my staff needs to be notified when a form response has been submitted.

@Damien Rosario I tried to do Power Automate, but my form does not appear in the dropdown menu. I created the form myself. Is there a way to fix this?

If the drop-down does not show up, try the following.

For the form ID, you can copy the description right from "FormId=" from the URL of the form you created and stick it in your custom.

I concur with Nobuharu's advice. You can't see the form in your list as it appears to be a Group form and not a personal one you have against your account, therefore using the Form ID is your way forward.

Best wishes
Damien

@Nobuharu_Iwane Thank you for this, it worked for me!
