MS Forms - Unable to share the link outside organisations with uploads. Please tell me how this can be done.

@Jerald2175 it's not possible yet for users outside the organisation to upload files. There's a uservoice request for this which you can vote for at  https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggest...
