MS Forms throwing error "Sorry, something went wrong"

Can anyone please help me to get the forms that I have created, we are running this for a huge response trail. People trying to provide response is not facing any challenge

Hi I am PM from Microsoft Forms Team, do you repro this issue still? We need your help to investigate would you mind to share with us the "technical details" of the error form?
