MS Forms survey stops after page 2 of 7

Hello,

I have created a survey for our organization. It has 7 pages/sections and 42 questions. There are no branches.

Unfortunately, the questionnaire always wants to end the survey after the second page, even though 7 pages are displayed:

What could be the reason for this and how can I solve it? URGENT!!! THANK YOU!!!
