Ms Forms Radio button position not fixed

Hi All, i have some issue with the form. The position of the Radio button seems not fixed. It will appears randomly from question to question. How can we fix it chronological so that it looks more professional and neat?

@DKGarden My experience is .. It's a browser this issue. It  occurs when you create forms using IE. Create forms using Chrome, radio buttons will remain in same order as they defined in design time.
