MS Forms Issue with 200 Form Limit

I am a teacher who uses MS Forms everyday in my classroom and assign them via MS Teams. I have met my 200 form limit. However, I've deleted upwards of 20 of my forms to make room but I still can't assign them in MS Teams. Any suggestions?
