MS Forms custom calendar

Hi Experts

I have added a calendar in the form. (which shows the selectable dates till 2121.

As per the business requirement if there is a way to limit the calendar , so user can request the access for 1 day till 1 year from date of submission.

Ex. if user fills the form today they should see the last date in the calandar 16th Nov 2022. (After that date either the dates should be greyed out or not visible)

@powerautomate_msform there is no way to limit or amend the calendar.
