The answers look fine in the edit question but when I preview or share to responders they are in a single text string like below.
@DavidLawman what was your solution to the issue? I am experiencing the same exact issue now. It has been fine all month since I created. I went in and attempted to view the questions to give partial credit for answers. After selecting the answer options and returning my answers now look like yours; no spaces and appearing to be a different font.
