Missing results because I deleted the questions

Hey all, I super need the results. I've created an RSVP form and gathered enough responses. So I decided to put up a customized notification on the form and delete the questions (instead of closing the form like usual). So now all my results are just BLANK. 

I really need my RSVP list. How do I retrieve it?

Sorry to hear this. I remember another community member having the same problem with accidently deleting questions on a student survey and losing the results.

As far as I know, there's no way to retrieve the questions.

I would suggest having a chat with Microsoft support as Forms is hosted with them, and they may have more options.

Unfortunately, we as users don't have the ability to retrieve this info as best as I know.
