I created a form and tried sharing with some colleagues. The form is working correctly but neither the share as template nor the share for collaboration are working. When I try to add it to Teams as an existing document I can't locate it. I even tried the search feature to add it and no go. Any ideas? I am able to see my older forms when I try to add but not any of the forms I've created using the Pro version.
