Microsoft Forms V Excel Mail merge

Hi All, 


I'm trying to create a form which is both unique to the individual (i.e can include a personal ref number) as well as asking general generic questions.  


For example - Hello "REF NUMBER"  please answer the following questions for our records.


I know it's possible  in ms word mail merge to generate unique information  but is it possible in ms forms, if so how?

@LIAMO37 no it's not possible to make the form personalised to each individual. After they've submitted the form what you can do is send a personalised email to the responder with their responses and reference number and any other information. To do this you build a flow in Power Automate. We do this at my company for the thousands of IT support tickets that come in.
