Microsoft Forms Pro Response page not displaying Net Promoter Score Results correctly

In a Dynamics CRM form, I've added a "Survey Response Link" field that takes a user to Microsoft Forms and shows them the latest response for a survey.  However, it is very difficult to see what a user had selected in their "Net Promoter Score" response (See screenshot below).

You'll notice the "9" is outlined, showing that the user who submitted the survey selected "9".  However, this is very difficult to see. Is there a way to customize this response page to fill in the user's selected answer rather than just outlining it?
