Microsoft Forms Pro - Branching does not work for 'Other' answer option

I have a 'multiple answer' Choice question and I want the respondent to see different questions based on their answer. This works for all answers except for 'Other'. When I create a new branching rule, this answer option does not show. Thoughts?

We have the same issue in Microsoft Forms. If 'Other' is selected (i.e. the radio button select), but no text is entered (i.e. no text is entered into the text field input to replace the word 'Other'), then branching does not work for this selection. However, if text is entered into the 'Other' text field box, the branching does work for this selection. Is this a glitch? Or is there a workaround?
