we created some form and collected responses but now we cannot access these forms and responses. 

The error i recieve is 

Please make sure you have permission to access this form.

Any solution?

Hola:
Al crear el enlace para el formulario, tienes que activar la opción de abrir el acceso al formulario a personas ajenas a la organización.
