Microsoft Forms Permission

I have set up a flow within Microsoft Flow to link in with a form I have created in Microsoft Forms. The idea of the flow, which works successfully, is that it will provide notification to a third party (Manager) within my organisation when a form has been completed. However when the Manager wants to view the response in Microsoft Forms he receives the below message. Does anyone know how to correct this?

is this free forms with personal account or office 365 login? If it’s 365 you can click share then at the bottom you can click to collaborate. You need to add your boss as a collaborator to the form for them to see responses.

Well. You have flow so you have 365. Didn’t think about that. So check your form. And click share and add collaborator and you should be good.
