Help needed!
We have created a forms survey for our company that is sent out to the managers to complete for each active case they have. This means that one person could need to complete this same survey multiple times depending on how many cases they have. We have noticed that if someone is part way through completing the survey but decides they do not have time to complete and submit it, so they just close it down, when they go to open the survey link again (either for the same case or for a different case) their previous answers appear from the one they closed down without submitting.
Please can anyone advise how we get the survey to open up with all answers blank each time?
