Microsoft Forms : Is it possible to have a summary of responses by Section ?

Is it possible to view responses summary on Microsoft Forms by section, rather than each individual question or total/average ?

This would be a cool feature to add.

@Paulspiteri1984 no each response is saved individually and there's no way that can think of to split them by section.
