Microsoft Forms email receipt of my response not working consistently

Multiple people who have used my microsoft form have stated that they are not receiving the email receipt, despite ticking the "Send me an email receipt of my responses". I have tested it out as well and receive it on a couple of the forms but not all of them, not sure why it is inconsistent. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

@BK12345 just as a comment, we never use that setting in Forms but always use a flow in Power Automate to send an email with company logo, the details of what they submitted and any other info. It's very reliable. Something for you to consider.

Just set up automated emails using Power Automate and its so much better.
