Hi,
I have a form I use to track reports of defects. The excel sheet containing the responses is live and so updates as and when new responses are submitted. To track my actions to reports I have used a colour coding system i.e. defect raised for fix, duplicate etc etc.
Historically when I made a change to the linked form the responses could not sync and I had to create a new sheet (this is when I came up with the colour coding system) my question is whether I can amend text in the excel sheet, specifically spelling mistakes, without the the sync failing again

@chwar750 in my company we never edit the associated spreadsheet but always save each form response into a SharePoint list via a flow in Power Automate. We find this a more robust approach and gives us a backup of responses in case of any problem with the form.
