Microsoft Forms Collaborator unable to access the form

Occasional Visitor

I am using forms pro to make a survey. After making the survey, I am trying to share it with my co-researcher using the share and edit link. However, when she opens the survey in her computer after logging in through her Microsoft account, she is unable to go past the loading window (Picture Attached). It's been going on since yesterday and the form is still in loading, and hasn't opened up yet. Can anyone suggest what is wrong with it?

Has your colleague tried a different web browser? I'd also encourage trying using an in-private tab to see if that helps. Worst case, clear the browser cache and try again.
