We are planning to implement a new process utilising Microsoft Forms to capture employee personal data. In order to meet GDPR compliance we need a setting to apply to the Form to automatically delete data after a certain period. There currently doesn't appear to be feature for this on Forms or Power Automate. Is this something that can be added?

@ShereenT there is nothing in Forms itself which allows this. But if you watch the Power Automate video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eq6QRz29q9Q which covers deleting all responses that might help.

Thank you will take a look. I'm really after something automated that deletes records after a certain period to align with GDPR.

@ShereenT there isn't anythibng in Forms or Power Automate that will allow you to do that. You might just have to go to the spreadsheet behind the form every week and select Delete All Responses.
