Microsoft Forms - any way to save forms already created

Hi all, 

Just wondering as a teacher using Teams in this interesting climate... 

I have reached my limit for creating Forms is there any way that I can save these Quizzes to be used at another time either externally or on OneDrive so I can load up next term's content? 

Anyone have any ideas....
