Microsoft Forms Allows Only 3 questions??

Hello:

I have prepared questionnaires with 20+ questions, but, when I send them to recipients, only 3 questions appears. I see from other posts that other users have had the same problem and it does not seem to be resolvable.

Please advise.

have you found a solution for this?

I am facing same problem now. I setup 21 Qs but only 14 appear. then only 3 out of 4 section shown on the respondent side/view. after Q14 the only option left is to submit.
