I use Microsoft Forms often. I share a form and my pupils answer. It works really good, but lately I have noticed a problem. It has happened 3 times now... 2 times today! When a pupil clicks "send" (after answering the questions), the text disappears from Microsoft Forms (365). The answer does not reach me. Instead, the form that the pupil already has written text in... ends up totally empty.
The first time it happened, I thought that the pupil maybe hade done something incorrectly... but today I saw it with my own eyes. One of the two times today I actually was the one who clicked "send" (from a pupils' computer).
Does anyone know if there is any chance that the information written in the form is saved somewhere (in some kind of cache maybe?)?
