Microsoft Form, moved to SharePoint now lost

Hi,

I created a Microsoft Form and then 'moved' to SharePoint folder. all that has copied over is the excel results sheet and now the form is not showing in Forms or SharePoint. How can I get this back?

Hi @katieSJA 

If you mean you've moved it to a SharePoint group, then maybe try going to Group Forms and searching for your survey.

If still no luck (this also happened to me once), but you know or have access to the form URL, you can also use this workaround to edit the form:

https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx?origin=shell#FormId=

Add the form ID after the = sign
