Microsoft form data to word document

Is there any way to generate a word document through a completed Microsoft Forms?

Using google forms and a third party app (autocrat), I was able to generate a pdf of information from a teacher observation tool I created through google forms. Upon clicking submitting the pdf would go to me and the teacher.

Is there a way to do this through office 365?

I also have the same question. As a former employee of a Google school, I am looking to implement a similar system in a Microsoft domain to automate managerial tasks and maximize my time in classrooms.l Please help! There are many questions on Microsoft communities asking the same thing.

I'm still looking for this two years later. I am being pushed off Google and towards microsoft and the only solution I've found is nested powerflows that are way more complicated to write and are hit and miss anyway.
