I have a Microsoft Form setup which is used for event booking requests.
The form is currently set not to accept responses ('Accept responses' is unselected) but the 'Message to recipients' is stuck on a previous message despite my changing thit multiple times over the past few days.
The correct updated text appears in the Forms settings panel, but the old message still appears when you visit the form web link as a user, and is not cached in the browser.
Any suggestions please?
