We use forms as a way for employees to recognize other employees for "Work Well Done". We would like to limit the number of submissions a single user can submit to 5 in a 24 hour period. For example, we do not want users to submit more than 5 so they are not spamming others. Is this possible? If yes, we would also like to have some users (HR for example) to be able to submit more than 5 in a 24 hour period. So have the ability to exempt users from the 5 submission limit.

@Jon_Neill there's no way to do this wityh Forms on its own. It might be possible with a flow in Power Automate: you save the response into a SharePoint list but if the number of resposnes from that user in the last 24 hours is more than five then flag it as not valid. Potentially do-able but complex.
