I have a number of variables of which I have to evaluate two aspects:
CHOICE
1- The source of the data (one in three answers)
EVALUATION
2- The difficulty of collecting data (one in three answers)
Is it possible to do this with Forms without having to repeat the question? For example using the Likert question type?
Here is an example.
