Our company migrated to Office 365 from G-Suit and we use Forms app to create COVID entrance screenings and outside salesman prevention checklist.
While recreating both forms, I used the Likert option for checklist questions. Although the simulator for mobile devices opens the next line when answering, on real life the user has to click on each line for it to reveal possible answers.
