Is there a way to submit full form response in email body?

I utilizing flow to have an email generate automatically upon completion of a form. I want the form responses to be in the email body that is generated by Flow. The only way I can see to do this is by manually inputting each individual response into the body, but this ignores any branching I have created in the form. I want only what responses were inputted into the form to be in the body of the email. Is there not a way to currently do this?

I have the same question. I'd like to be able to have the form results embedded in the email which flow sends when the survey is completed. It looks like it's only through attachments and even that I can't get to work. Confused.
