Is MSFT forms available for Microsoft teams desktop app [free plan]?

I have just installed and registered in Microsoft teams and I'm trying to create a survey or poll in a channel. I'm familiar with the bot "Polly". I was wondering How can I add forms in a team so i can use that app instead of creating a form in a web browser and share the link.

If it's about Teams Free App, unfortunately it does not support Forms!
