It's not working for me either (This site can’t be reached)! No mention of it in Service health yet that I can see.

Seems so. IE and Firefox cannot connect to the server at all.

Same here across two tenancies. Page cannot be displayed...

Not working for me too.

Looks like it's back.  Microsoft Forms is working for me now, though let's see if it stays up!

Just came back up

Aa awsome,

Works for me aswell!

Yes it is back now!

Been down since Feb 12 at least since 10:30pm New York Time and still down as of 9:00am Feb 13.

Is there away to connect to it?  Has Microsoft acknowledge that it is down currently?

Restored connection around Noon (New York Time) on Feb 13.

Hopefully, it remains stable.

Is it down again??

Yes, same here. Can’t open https://forms.office.com/ on 7th March 2018 at 10:10 GMT

Its up again 2018-03-07 UTC +1

It came back at around 10:15 GMT, but it was very slow for a minute.

Is MS Forms down again? - just about to send out a form to 50+ users.  @Jonathan Karlsson

Yep down for us too. How do we report it? Or has it already been reported?
