Yesterday I was able to create a survey form and people in my org were successfully submitting responses. Today when I click on my form I get an error about the page being "temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." People are still able to submit their responses but I cannot see them and I cannot open the form. I am receiving emails telling me new responses are available and the email contains a view link. This link also gives the same error when I attempt to open it. Can someone please advise if Forms is down for maint and if so how long will it be unavailable? Could it be an issue with the tenant setup?
