Invisible questions still saving answers on form submit

Hi All,

we are using branching logic on our form and if a users changes branches, the form still keeps the information they filled in, even though that branch is no longer active. is this a bug?  it shouldnt be submitting data that is not on screen when submit is clicked. this basically means we a seeing miss-information.
