We survey 100% of all callers to our Service Center. The tool that we use for ticketing has a survey function but does not allow for callers to be able to take that survey on their mobile devices (on a mobile phone). Is there any way to integrate MS FORMS with a ticketing tool to allow for surveys to be sent to a caller automatically when the ticket is closed?

I guess that would depend on your ticketing tool.
You just need to provide the url to the form when closing a ticket via email or redirecting from within your tool.
