After submitting a form, the output is set to go to a SharePoint list using a Power Automate Flow. All questions correspond correctly to their columns. However, the Created By field now shows the same name for each file submitted. I've gone back to the form to confirm that is properly collecting the user's name. So would it have something to do with my Flow?
